Orders during Weekdays

  • Orders before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders during Weekends

  • Orders during weekend will be processed on next working day

Please allow:

  • West Malaysia : 1-3 working days after dispatched
  • East Malaysia   : 2-7 working days after dispatched

Note: Courier services may be delayed during weekend and public holidays, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery.

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after you have placed your order. We will advise you in the event that your order is delayed. Rural addresses may have longer delivery times. All orders are tracked, but we accept no liability for orders lost in transit.

Receive wrong color or faulty goods, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions;

  • Contact is made with Haakaa Malaysia within 7 days of delivery
  • Goods are returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
  • Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt

The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.

All Haakaa products are not refundable if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. 

We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.

If for some reason you have selected the wrong colour, size or simply change your mind on the item you have purchased, kindly contact us soonest possible. If your item hasn't been shipped yet we are happy to change it, however, once order is logged on the courier, we are unable to make any changes - However please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you!
