WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This warranty is valid for electronic products purchased from Haakaa Malaysia or Haakaa Authorized Resellers only.
2. It is not transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
3. This Warranty must be registered on our website: https://www.haakaa.com.my/e-warranty-registration within thirty (30) days from date of purchased with valid receipt. Failure to do so may result in warranty being void.
4. For warranty services, please Whatsapp to Haakaa Malaysia Customer Support 03-28568597 or email at [email protected] for the defect product video, photo and other necessary information for further assistance.
5. Warranty valid for 3 months from the date of purchase shown on original receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Wear and Tear,
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications
• Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.
• Use other than accordance with instruction manual.

Haakaa Malaysia reserves the right to amend the privileges, benefits, term and conditions for E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.
